Final Project Apps placement and collection closure — 3 October 2026
The final three ordinary entries have Wider interest homes. Two already-catalogued Library examples now run from the Library itself. Useful residue from the unlisted Assurance Bundle and board-contribution guide is absorbed into existing examples. No new foray, Library category or duplicate collection is introduced. Contract Portfolio Board remains retained.
| Earlier entry | Maintained home | What survives / what changes |
|---|---|---|
| door-moisture-model | Door clearance | Original four controls/default arithmetic; live cross-section, contribution budget and sensitivity line. Correct moisture terminology, declared coefficients and contact limits. |
| project-management-pong | Project Management Pong | Scope/paddles/walls/metaphor retained; time-based play, single collisions, pause, keyboard/touch/assistance. Scope is a game quantity, not completed work. |
| HS2-elite | HS2 Elite | Six stations/goods, wireframe flight, aiming, docking/refuel/trade retained; stable markets, time-based motion, pause and accessible controls. Fictional space setting. |
| frobenius-dsm-explorer | Frobenius and DSM | Existing Library slot, all matrices/explanations/save/export/model/tests retained; current return/source routes. |
| project-risk-gradient | Risk Gradient | Existing Library slot, all seven tasks, CPM/exponential formulas/charts/network and explanations retained. Slider focus and capped recommendations repaired; scenario range made explicit. |
| assurance_bundle_prototype | Governance Trio evidence records | Useful replay/receipt/lineage/event schema retained as design considerations. Static pass claims, invented percentages, technology shopping list and 90-day programme retired. No real assurance engine is implied. |
| skills.md | Board contribution checklist | Unique decision-first checklist, evidence/risks/costs/owners/pre-read guidance absorbed; no new card or programme. |
Closure and preservation
The catalogue has zero ordinary entries. The source retains 82 primary app identities / 83 direct compatibility paths, plus its root entrance and small documentation links. Seven previously unregistered forwards are covered; Social Debt now preserves query parameters as well as the fragment. Six previously missed old selectors are registered in the main saved-link lookup. That lookup has 101 source identities across the former collections; it does not recreate a second gallery.
The main Library still has 52 maintained apps / 74 flat entries, with the two moved implementations in their existing worked-example slots. Its old Project Web Apps card and combined-catalogue invitation disappear. More Project Apps remains a separate, explicitly unfinished collection. Gap Map reads maintained Library/specialist metadata only and does not treat Wider interest games as project capability evidence.
Removed support: 35 gallery bitmaps and one old scenario SVG, Windows metadata, the Assurance mock-up specification, scanner/workflow/dependencies/setup files, and six duplicated rail verification files: 50 recorded support deletions. All bitmap thumbnails were visually reviewed; they are stale UI screenshots/placeholders. The one Social Debt illustration already lives in the maintained app at more-project-apps/assets/social-debt/team-release-scene.jpg (same scene, not the same encoding). Rail verification has maintained counterparts under Project Co-design. The original Frobenius test moves to the receiving repository. Git retains the exact earlier content at source revision 5c22c99719ea0a7940aac47574fd0cb8511a4b79; source/deletion hashes and exact 3→0 catalogue bytes are recorded in the fixture.
Keep the repository as a small bookmark shell: deleting it would break old URLs. Its weekly empty-catalogue scanner is removed; normal Pages deployment and dependency-free compatibility tests remain. Historical phase notes record provenance, not further work.
Verification and publication boundary
Model checks, preservation comparisons, route tests, keyboard/mobile browser journeys and the Jekyll build are required for the receiving PR. The source tests verify every compatibility route and query/fragment preservation, zero unregistered working apps and the deletion manifest. Agent-operated checks are not human-use or empirical model validation.
Merge and publish the receiving website PR first, then merge the source-shell PR. The work is review-ready, not published, until those deployments and served content are verified.
