The blueprint mnemonic

This picture makes the foray feel constructive: many detailed project views can remain recognisably local while participating in a larger composition. The central scroll is a useful visual promise—but the mathematics lives in the maps between views, not in the scroll itself.

It helps us remember

  • Local accounts should retain their own useful structure.
  • A global view is composed, not simply declared above them.
  • Interfaces and translations deserve visible design attention.
  • Coherence can be a project property worth testing continuously.

It does not establish

  • Which local views form the right cover of a project.
  • What facts must agree on each overlap.
  • Whether the translation maps preserve meaning.
  • That a compatible assignment exists—or is desirable.
